Born in Hanoi and shaped by a life between Asia and Europe, she selects the mandates La Maison Advisory takes on, brings together the right people for each engagement, and holds senior-level access across business and institutional circles in Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

Jörg leads at the table: executive and interim roles, sales and business development, procurement, and the relationships with clients and partners. More than twenty-five years of international leadership across Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Asia. Senior advisor to the Dubai Health Authority, recognized by the Government of Dubai in 2025 for his contribution to healthcare governance and policy.
